This policy explains how paid plans on NoahGuy renew, how to cancel, and when we refund. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

How your subscription works

The Pro Listing plan is billed monthly in advance (currently R99 per month). It renews automatically on the same card you used to sign up, on the same day each month. We email you a few days before every payment so you always know what is coming.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time. Email billing@noahguy.co.za (or simply reply to any of our billing emails) and we will cancel your subscription. We aim to confirm within one business day.
• Cancel before your renewal date to make sure you are not charged for the next month. Please allow us at least one business day to process your request.
• When you cancel, your Pro Listing stays live until the end of the month you have already paid for. After that your account can continue on the free plan.
• There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.

Refunds

• First payment, 4-day guarantee. If you are not happy with your Pro Listing, ask for a refund within 4 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
• Renewals. Because you can cancel at any time and are reminded before every renewal, we do not usually refund renewal payments for a month that has already started. If you were charged after you had asked us to cancel, or you were charged in error, we will refund that payment in full.
• Duplicate or incorrect charges. If you were charged twice or the wrong amount, contact us and we will fix it and refund the difference.
• Refunds are paid back to the original card through Paystack and usually reach your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

If a payment fails

If a renewal does not go through we will email you and try again over the following days. You can update your card at any time using the secure link in our emails. If payment is still unsuccessful after about seven days, your listing is paused (hidden from the Site) until payment is received. It goes live again automatically once you pay. You are not charged anything extra for a paused listing.

Your rights under the law

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002.
